During this winter vacation, AAIA G10 and 11 students, Moses Chen, Ethan Chen, Veneza Chen, Barron Tsai, Winston Sim, Aidan Huang, and Sean Shen, as the members of Love in Hualien International Youth Volunteer Group, traveled to Hualien and completed different tasks that make positive impacts in the local community.
They volunteered for local organizations including the New Dawn Educare Center, Lao Shan Fu De Development Association, Hualien NiuLi Community Interchange Association, and Farm Chi-Lai Green Land.
Lions cleaned up the farmland and farmhouse, helped children with health conditions, accompanied the elderly and provided them with emotional support.
