Life at AAIA

Student ID Card

AAIA students receive a student ID card at the beginning of enrollment. The ID card also serves as a library card that allows the student to borrow/return books in the library. Replacement cards can be requested for an additional fee at the IT office or by email (ke.liu@aaia.ntpc.edu.tw)

Uniform

AAIA believes in diversity and expression of self-identity therefore we do not mandate uniforms and instead, we provide dress codes and encourage students to express themselves as long as they adhere to the codes. For safety concerns, AAIA does offer PE uniforms as well as school winter jackets. Visit the main office or send an email (p.chou@aaia.ntpc.edu.tw) to request more information regarding PE uniforms.

School Bus

Currently, AAIA has 20 school bus routes servicing areas in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Taoyuan City. Questions concerning AAIA school buses can be forwarded to the main office (edd.lin@aaia.ntpc.edu.tw)

Library

Reading is a core component of our curriculum and naturally blends with Global Awareness, High Character, and Active Learning. The AAIA library has more than 2,000 titles and the collection continues to grow.

The library hours are as follows:
High School (G9-G12): 11:50 – 12:10 (Lunch Recess) and 15:25 – 16:05 ( Club Time – With permission from club advisor via a signed hall pass )

Middle School (G6-G8): 12:35 – 12:55 (Lunch Recess) and 15:25 – 16:05 ( Club Time – With permission from club advisor via a signed hall pass )

Collections may be accessed online. For students to reserve books and view their circulation history, they may log in using their AAIA Student ID number for both the login and password. AAIA recommends students change the default password after initially logging in. Students should adhere to the Library Rules and Regulations when accessing the library.
