We are thrilled to share that our Class of 2024 student Tim Chao has been admitted to the Engineering Program at the University of Oxford.
Throughout high school, Tim showcased his passion for Engineering and commitment to making a positive impact within the community. Tim founded a non-profit organization hosting the National Taiwan Science Bowl, significantly raising awareness about STEM education among Taiwanese students. Additionally, as Vice Lead in the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition, Tim and the team developed an innovative biofilm-based delivery mechanism for coral probiotics, combating coral bleaching and disease.
