COVID-19 has certainly changed the landscape of college recruitment. Traditionally, AAIA invites college representatives around the world to come to the campus to give various presentations. Due to travel restrictions, most colleges put a halt to in-person recruitment fairs. AAIA adapted to the new terrain quickly and turned it into a learning opportunity.
We encouraging our grade 10 students to contact various colleges on their own. Students were asked to research the colleges that they are representing and gathered recruitment materials and information. They then set up college booths and held their own college fair!
