Student Group Insurance

To ensure our student’s health and safety, AAIA has purchased two types of group insurance for all students who are registered with AAIA. Please see below for the policy.

113學年度學生團體保險理賠申請書及理賠內容

2024-2025 Academic Year Student Group Insurance Claim Application Form and Claim Content

• 高級中等以下學校學生及教保服務機構幼兒團體保險條例/辦法 Student group insurance policy
• 學期保障期間 Insurance period：113年8月1日上午0時起至114年7月31日午夜12時止 / August 1st, 2024 to July 31st, 2025.
• 家長通知書/給付內容（依據教育部公布之「113學年度高級中等以下教育階段學生及教保服務機構幼兒團體保險保單條款」為準。）
• 理賠申請時效Limitation of Claims Application：自得為請求之日（即事故日）起兩年。Two years from the date of the request (that is, the date of the accident).
• 學生保險作業手冊

請與學校承辦人員聯繫，理賠申請書填寫及應備文件，透過學校承辦人員協助辦理。Please contact the school nurse, fill out the claim application form and submit the required documents. The school nurse will assist in handling the claim application.

AAIA商業團體保險Company Group Insurance (For Students)

AAIA主動為學生增加投保商業團險，如學生遇到疾病或意外事故時，幫忙減輕家庭負擔，協助學生恢復健康。AAIA has purchased additional group insurance for our students for added protection.

2024-25 Academic Year Company Group Insurance Claim Application Form and Claim Content

• 學期保障期間 Insurance period：民113年9月1日至114年8月31 / September 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2025

• 未滿15足歲 (For students under 15)

• 未滿15足歲被保險人投保傷害保險說明

總統業於民國109年6月10日公布修正保險法第107條，並於民國109年6月12日起生效。

保險法第107條

1. 以未滿十五歲之未成年人為被保險人訂立之人壽保險契約，除喪葬費用之給付外，其餘死亡給付之約定於被保險人滿十五歲時始生效力。
2. 前項喪葬費用之保險金額，不得超過遺產及贈與稅法第十七條有關遺產稅喪葬費扣除額之一半。
3. 前二項於其他法律另有規定者，從其規定。
