AAIA celebrated International Women's Day on March 8th. During the event, students learned about the achievements of women in history and how many of the accomplishments and inventions of women are applicable to everyday life. To celebrate the day, yellow flowers were given to female students, staff, and teachers as a sign of respect and gratitude. A yellow flower is traditionally given to women on this day to celebrate the contributions that women have made to society.
