The International Education Center (IEC) at AAIA enriches students’ educational experiences by promoting global citizenship. Starting with the Class of 2027, students must earn one Global Citizenship Experience (GCE) credit as part of their graduation requirements.
Students can earn GCE credits through various opportunities, including exchange programs with schools in Australia and South Korea, as well as study tours like the Summer Study Tour in Australia. Additionally, private study tours and summer camps can qualify for credits if they meet specific criteria requested by AAIA.
The IEC team provides support and guidance throughout the GCE credit approval process, ensuring all experiences align with AAIA’s standards. Together, we prepare students for a globally connected future.
