Student Group Insurance

To ensure our student’s health and safety, AAIA has purchased two types of group insurance for all students who are registered with AAIA. Please see below for the policy.

學生團體保險保單條款 Student group insurance policy
學期保障期間 Insurance guarantee period ：民110年8月1日至111年7月31 / August 1st, 2021 to July 31th, 2022.
給付內容：(僅供參考，詳細內容請以「110學年度高級中等以下教育階段學生及教保服務機構幼兒團體保險保單條款」為準。）
申請理賠Claims application：申請書Application | 範例Sample
理賠申請時效Limitation of Claims Application：自得為請求之日（即事故日）起兩年。Two years from the date of the request (that is, the date of the accident).

請與學校承辦人員聯繫，理賠申請書填寫及應備文件，透過學校承辦人員協助辦理。Please contact the school nurse, fill out the claim application form and submit the required documents. The school nurse will assist in handling the claim application.

AAIA商業團體保險Company Group Insurance (For Students)

AAIA主動為學生增加投保商業團險，如學生遇到疾病或意外事故時，幫忙減輕家庭負擔，協助學生恢復健康。AAIA has purchased addtional group insruance for our students for added protection.
