On Wednesday, September 28, AAIA computer science students, under the direction of Dr. Argueta, toured Microsoft’s engineering offices in Taiwan. Top-level executives and engineers instilled the value of high character, soft skills, selfless diligence, and a growth mindset. The visit also included a session with engineers working on the Bing Maps software who shared the process behind the geocoding functionality of the system. AAIA’s students eagerly asked questions as they curiously explored the latest technology being developed by Microsoft.
