As we celebrate AAIA’s 10-year anniversary and prepare for our Thanksgiving gathering, our hearts are full of gratitude. This milestone gives us a special opportunity to reflect on the love, generosity, and connection that continue to shape who we are as a school community.
First, we offer our heartfelt appreciation to the parents of Benjamin Ho (G10) and Muller Ho (G8)—Dr. Jacob Ho and Ms. Lois Lau— for their extraordinary generosity. Their donation of $200,000 NTD to Huzhu Elementary School in Ren’ai Township, Nantou County, supporting their International Education Curriculum Project through AAIA’s A Plus Charity Program, is a beautiful example of learning extended beyond our campus. Their kindness provides young students in Nantou with new opportunities to explore the world, grow with confidence, and build global awareness. This act of love reflects the core values we hope to inspire in all Lions — compassion, service, and a belief in uplifting others through education.
We also want to celebrate the strong and growing bond within our AAIA Lion family. This November, we proudly established the AAIA Alumni Association, a milestone that symbolizes how our graduates remain deeply connected to the school that shaped them. Even in its early stages, the Alumni Association has shown tremendous warmth and enthusiasm, reminding us that the Lion spirit truly lasts a lifetime. Together with our current students and dedicated faculty, they form a community built on care, pride, and shared purpose.
At AAIA, we believe that love and gratitude grow when they are shared. Whether we are supporting students within our school or extending learning opportunities to children in other communities, each action reflects our commitment to compassion, service, and lifelong learning.
As we honor this special 10-year anniversary, we give thanks for the generosity that shapes our mission and the relationships that make AAIA a true family.
Happy Thanksgiving, Lions!
