We are incredibly grateful to have hosted our friends from Pyeongnae High School in Korea for the PNHS x Asia American International Academy Sister School Exchange Program from 1/12–1/16 .
Throughout this meaningful week, students from both schools learned with and from one another—attending classes together, participating in cultural workshops, exploring Taiwan’s history and traditions, and experiencing daily life through our host family program. From the welcome ceremony and classroom exchanges to visits to the National Palace Museum, Dihua Street, and the Hakka Tea Culture Museum, each activity fostered curiosity, connection, and mutual respect.
More than just a trip, this exchange highlighted the true value of global education. Students built genuine friendships, strengthened cross-cultural communication skills, and gained a deeper appreciation for perspectives beyond their own communities.
A sincere thank you to our students, host families, teachers, and our partners at PNHS for making this exchange such a memorable and impactful experience. We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating many more opportunities for meaningful global learning in the future.
