One of the AAIA’s biggest events, Sports Day, was held last Saturday, September 21. The day kicked off with the opening ceremony, during which our principal delivered an inspirational speech. The cheerleading club gave a fantastic performance, and every house member practiced diligently for their house chants, which demonstrated their strong sense of unity.
A series of competitions, ranging from basketball to Capture the Flag, engaged athletes of all ages. One of the highlights was the tug-of-war competition, where participants from different houses displayed both strength and strategy. The Lions showcased exceptional teamwork and sportsmanship.
We were all immersed in the vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Sports Day was a fantastic opportunity for the Lions to demonstrate their athletic abilities, and we eagerly look forward to the next event.
