AAIA computer science students visited the Microsoft Taiwan Development Center (TWDC) on 2nd November. We are so glad that we could invite Mr. Michael Chang, the managing director of Microsoft TWDC, to introduce the development of Taiwan Microsoft and most importantly the cultural attributes of Microsoft which they value employee credibility, growth mindset, and communication skills, and create a diverse and inclusive workplace. We also benefited greatly from the sharing of software engineer Mr. Chen Hanyi, who is working for the Bing Map software team, who showed us the process of geocoding and talked about the valuable hard and soft skills he gained from his job.
