Ten students from AAIA flew to Seoul, South Korea to participate in the 21st Seoul Model United Nations (SEOMUN) at the COEX Exhibition Center between November 9 and 11. This was the second year AAIA brought a delegation to SEOMUN. This year’s theme was “The Perils of Indifference.” Students engaged in debate on issues facing communities and nations all over the world and worked to craft solutions to these issues in the form of written resolutions. AAIA students debated these resolutions in different committees such as Human Rights Council, Commission on Science and Technology for Development, and Disarmament Commission, among others. After a productive day of debate in their committees, students had the opportunity to shop and sightsee around Seoul.
今年11月9日至11日AAIA十位學生到韓國首爾參加了第二十一屆模擬聯合國會議。這是AAIA第二次與會，本次會議主題為" 冷漠的危險"。學生們針對世界各地的議題進行辯論，並研討解決問題的方案。AAIA團隊參與了人權、科技促進發展和裁軍會議的討論。完成具有意義的辯論會後，學生們也利用閒暇時間在首爾觀光並體驗風土民情。
